person User Responsibilities

As a user of ADAchecker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our Service
• Not submit domains you do not have authorization to scan
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans

ADAchecker offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your selected plan.

Billing

Billing is processed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize ADAchecker to charge your payment method automatically.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds within the first 30 days of subscription if the Service does not meet your expectations. Contact our support team to request a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

ADAchecker is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We specifically disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Freedom from errors or defects

• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Liability protection from ADA lawsuits or legal action

ADAchecker does not provide legal advice. Our reports are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as legal opinions or guarantees of compliance.

report Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADAchecker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or legal costs.

Our total liability to you for all claims, losses, damages, and expenses shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Reports generated by ADAchecker are for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share reports with third parties without explicit permission.

You may not use ADAchecker for any of the following purposes:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringing upon or violating intellectual property rights of others
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Using automated tools to abuse our scanning limits
• Submitting false or misleading information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in any prohibited use.

ADAchecker reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Termination may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Discontinuation of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.
